The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Gujarat State Council has welcomed the Gujarat Government’s new industrial policy, describing it as a timely and decisive step towards strengthening the state’s industrial ecosystem and investment climate.

Commenting on the policy, Shri Achal Bakeri, Chairman, CII Gujarat State Council 2026-27, said the initiative reflects a government that is responsive to industry needs and committed to fostering growth through a supportive policy framework.

He noted that the policy’s focus on large-scale investments, employment generation, and ease of doing business is expected to boost industry confidence and accelerate economic development across the state.

Bakeri congratulated Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel and Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi for launching the policy, and acknowledged their leadership in promoting industrial growth and improving the business environment in Gujarat.
